The journey of life is unknown to all that live it. While you can schedule things and have a set routine, unexpected events will always arise. There can be safety and comfort in predictability but this takes away excitement from the surprises in life. Which do you find more enjoyable? A unexpected gift of food, flowers, coffee etc. or someone asking you and knowing it will be given. This may be a small example but in the grand scheme of your life the unknown, while scary and daunting, can also bring out the most exciting gifts and outcomes.
Anyone that has gone into the great outdoors knows that paths come in many different forms. Some are well kept on flat land while others are overgrown through tough terrain. The same is true for the paths in your life some are laid out clearly for you to see where you will end up while others can take you to some unexpected destinations. Although these paths can differ in many ways they all have one big similarity; someone created them. Forging this path was not an easy task it took a lot of time an effort to create something that was once not there but in the end made life better for themselves and anyone else who found their path. When starting this path they may have a destination planned or maybe the just enjoyed the process or creating the path. Whatever path you decide to take or make, journeying into the known or unknown go with with confidence and at least enjoy your surroundings.
For me, this endeavor is my path into the unknown. When trying to create something new and personal in this ever growing world success is unknown; I don't even know if someone other than myself is reading this is. While this journey is a mystery I am still excited to see where the path leads and what or who I may come across.
